Dongfeng Fuji Thomson Thermostat Co., Ltd. is a joint venture company by Dongfeng Motor Co., Ltd of China, Standard Thomson of US, Fuji Bellows of Japan with register capital of RMB11, 775, 000 in 1985 and RMB16, 072, 000 in 2004.
The share composition is: Dongfeng 48: Standard Thomson 32: Fuji 20
In July 2007, Company invested RMB20M to establish a fully new plant in Wuhan with covering area of 19000SQM including construction area of 10000SQM and production area of 7128SQM.
